Notable sections include:

  • Vail Village to Lionshead: Ride west from Vail Village to Lionshead, enjoying a scenic route through the village and along the river. This easy path provides a convenient connection between the two villages.
  • West of Lionshead to Donovan Park: From Lionshead, follow the path under the Eagle Bahn Gondola as it follows Gore Creek. The trail is mostly flat to downhill, passing through scenic forests until you reach Donovan Park.
  • East of Vail Village: Begin your journey east out of Vail Village near the base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola. The trail climbs gently toward Golden Peak, offering stunning views as it passes the Vail Golf Course.
